Ask Us to Delete Your Data

You may ask Lacksan to find, correct, or delete personal information that we control about you.

How to send a request

1. Email admin@lacksan.onmicrosoft.com.
2. Use the subject Privacy request.
3. Tell us your name, the email you used with Lacksan, and what you want us to find, correct, or delete.
4. If your request is about Facebook or Instagram, include the account name or ID that can help us find the record.

Never send your password, login code, card number, or bank information.

What happens next

We may ask for enough information to make sure the request is yours. We will search the website form records, Power Automate and Microsoft 365 email records, and any Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta data that Lacksan controls.

We will delete or correct the information when the request applies. If a law, security need, dispute, or required business record means we must keep something, we will explain that.

Meta data

This website does not currently use Facebook Login or a Meta API, so it does not have an automatic Meta deletion callback. The email steps above are the way to request deletion of any Meta-related information that Lacksan controls.
